Course E017: Organisational Development and Transformational Change for NGOs
This 10-week e-learning course introduces NGO leaders and managers to both the theoretical and practical aspects of organisational development and change management in a non-profit context.

Week 4: Leadership in Organisational Change
Week 5: Engaging Stakeholders and Building Consensus
Week 6: Change Management Methodologies
Week 7: Implementing Change
Week 8: Monitoring and Evaluation in Organisational Change
Week 9: The Role of Culture in Organisational Change
Week 10: Consolidation and Moving Forward
This certificate course involves approximately 50 hours of reading, discussion, video lectures, live classroom sessions, quizzes and one written assignment, and is offered over a 10-week period. The course includes weekly 90-minute (Zoom) live classroom sessions (on Friday's from 12h00-13h30 UTC/GMT) with the course instructors and/or guests experts. The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, with an emphasis on critical reflection and peer-to-peer learning. Participants will do the required readings, prepare a written assignments and participate in group discussions. Case studies will be used to enable interactive learning and activities. The maximum number of course participants is 25. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Participation.
