This course addresses the full life cycle of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL). Participants will acquire knowledge and skills related to designing logic models; planning for MEAL by using tools such performance management plans and tracking tables, terms of reference and learning plans; collecting and analysing MEAL data and use these data to make project decisions, communicate with stakeholders and practice adaptive management.

This six-week instructor-led e-learning course provides a general introduction to the evolution of the discourse and practice revolving around engaging men and boys in gender programming. Participants will gain an overview of the normative frameworks and policy approaches promoting the engagement of men and boys in gender equality programming.

This e-learning course is geared toward emerging leaders of local, national, and international humanitarian and development organizations, as well as those with a general interest in the topic of leadership in these contexts. The course reviews leadership models and applies them to the specific challenges of humanitarian and field-based development work.

This e-learning course focuses on issues related to labour market access, family reunification, access to education and education support programs for migrant children, access to residence permits and nationality, civil and political rights and anti-discrimination policies, and addresses complex matters such as the integration of irregular migrants and especially vulnerable groups.
