Human Rights Based Approach to Programming (self-directed)

This self-directed e-learning course introduces staff members of (international) development agencies and NGOs to rights-based programming. A human rights-based approach (HRBA) is a conceptual framework for the process of human development that is normatively based on international human rights standards and operationally directed to promoting and protecting human rights.

Gender Mainstreaming (Gender Equality-Advanced Course)

In this instructor-led 11-week advanced e-learning course participants will acquire comprehensive knowledge of and skill in gender mainstreaming and gender analysis. The course draws on best practice and case studies from around the world.

Gender and Data

This course addresses the importance of data to advance gender equality, including safe and ethical techniques for data collection, sharing, and management. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning

This course addresses the full life cycle of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL). Participants will acquire knowledge and skills related to designing logic models; planning for MEAL by using tools such performance management plans and tracking tables, terms of reference and learning plans; collecting and analysing MEAL data and use these data to make project decisions, communicate with stakeholders and practice adaptive management.
